SUPERSTAR LEO CRUISE 2000 - XIAMEN - GUO LANG YU - FUCHIEN PROVINCE - PT. VI OF VI - ( SEPT., 2000 )

This is PT. VI and the final episode of a 6 parts series of video about the final port of call for our M. V. Superstar Leo ( 75,000 tons ) luxury cruise ship holiday in September, 2000. Xiamen is the major port of Fuchien Province in southern China. About 3 km. east of the port is the famous tourist island of Drum Wave Island ( Guo Lang Yu ) known as the garden isle with its world's largest piano museum and spectacular views of sunset - all shown in this video.

In Xiamen, we found some beautiful water color paintings that still are on display in our home. This was my favorite stop on the cruise. There were so many little shops and places to explore. Our guide (Bill) was such a great guy. He said he was a student.
