Oh, dear God, no. We had to deal with Robert Moses trying to plow highways through the city for 30 years, and everywhere he DID, like the South Bronx, the entire area was decimated. Thankfully, he was completely defeated in Manhattan, only managing to build I-95 through Washington Heights. Manhattan is not for cars, and never should be. It's a pedestrian paradise, and that's one of the reasons people like me are willing to pay exorbitant rents in order to stay here.

I remember when I first drove in NYC I thought I was going to die...so many aggresive drivers..I can't wait until I move back there next years some Michigan drivers suck!!!

Manhattan is a nice place, it only lacks more freeways within the city, like an elevated highway all along the Broadway.

Wow this video it's wonderful! I think that in general when this kind of videos should be mounted a bit slower than the ones on freeways because there are too many things to watch to and you can't really appreciate all that is going on.
