The lightning jack is the ultimate key to a coyotes heart!

reading the comments some people need a little learning. Usually there is never an "instant" kill unless the central nervous system is taken out, like the spine or brain. When you see an animal drop instantly from a chest shot it is because the shock wave travels to the cns and knocks it unconscious and they bleed out b4 they wake up. Sometimes they dont get knocked out from the shock and will run untill they bleed out. This coyote just didnt get the initial knock out shock, thats all.

@BgBamBoo what ammo do you use with the .243 that still saves the hide?

Love the open area and not dense in trees makes hunting these varmint easier

@gioinna sì, guardate questi due italiani stronzo che vorrebbero poter essere essere americani capitalista. Ma no, hanno a piangere come bambine qui su youtube!

@tofazfou Thanks. I hope to post some new hunting videos soon. Take care

Like this video. Good shooting on both the gun and the camera

@TheOctoman34 They are a pest...way worse then fox. No season. You can hunt them year round. Some states you can hunt them without a hunting lic. Here in CA. you have to have a hunting lic., but that is it.

are these coyotes a pest species like foxes or a hunting season animal

@Igoman1984 Hello. I have owned many .308's. Recoil is a very subjective thing. What one person thinks of a hard recoiling round might seem like nothing to another. So...that being said...for me the .243 has about half the recoil of a .308 when everything else is equal (rifles weighing the same, same stock,etc.). The .243 is a very versatile round. With the heavy bullets you can use it on deer size game and with lighter bullets it is a great varmint round. Take care,Stan

What is the kick of the .243 compared to .308? I have the Tikka t3 lite in .308 and I like it very much, but I would like even less kick. I had a Saiga in.223 but sold it because it wasnt very accurate. But when shooting the .223 caliber it had so little kick, that It felt like a BB gun and I think I could even improve my accuracy on a rifle with such a small kick. So how does the .243 compare to .223 and .308 in terms of kick in your opinion?

what bipod do u have
PervertedDweeb 5 months ago
@PervertedDweeb Hello. That is not a bipod that attaches to the rifle. It is a Stoney Point "Pole Cat". Works very well. Been using it for a long time.
