Toyota Corolla 2009

The new Corolla has the best gas mileage among all but missed by the steering response , body roll , boring interior,unergonomic armrest at back,engine noise , and driver position.Toyota should be more careful with ergonomic problems.The clear winner is Civic.It might eat more fuel than Corolla , but more satisfying.




The new exterior looks great.


best color is silver.



Highest trim is called XRS.


Its proven reliability.




handling is not what u want.

I don't like the steering. I think it has problems.

i own this car,n let me tell u why,first da suspension is soft for comfort which decrease handling,second the steering response is slower than Civic but has more turning radius which helps u when parking or cornering at U turn.

Drove it, don't like it too, it's pretty much lifeless, the interior is very very cheap, the engine has good numbers on paper, but it's pretty rough ... but for Americans who only drive in a straight line from A to B, it's good enough.

@terminator123abc1 its not actually the electronics fault,its the engineers fault,you see,usually they can set up the steering weight,but in the corolla,they set it up too lightweight,which makes the car lack of steer feeling.Another thing is the steer lock to lock radius,the corolla has a long radius compare to its rivals,it is very useful at tight corners/when parking but the steer response become slow,so its the engineer's fault.

the outside hasnt got a single decratative design feature if i had never heard of toyota before id mistake this for a budget plastic car
