What kind of promoter thought of having a 50 000+ open air street party? Greggor "Happy Planet" Robertson and crew who are showing off THEIR city. Stupid and predictable and the city officials fault no one else.

Violence in sport begets violence in the fan base. 60 000+ people in streets rivaling Tahir square or Yemen on a bad day and fights and vandalism break out not seen on TV from Libya even.
