Biceps Exercise

START POSITION: Standing with feet shoulder width apart, one foot slightly forward. Adjust cables to shoulder height. MOVEMENT: Keeping elbows and shoulders from moving, slowly curl arms toward head and finish with hands at ears. Slowly return to start position.
