*SPOILERS*
In the final mission of the game you can achieve this secret ending if you register a hit on the Hind that would take it down.
In fact it cant actually go down or otherwise the bridge wouldnt be destroyed and the mission wouldnt advance.
The best way to do this is to use the cheats gathered by collecting all of the enemy intel.
In this I used Infinate Ammo and Cluster Bombs.
