My 15" kicker L7 with 350watts RMS 3cubes@35hz

this is a short vid of my kicker during its current break-in stage. powered by a Alpine MRD-M351 amp, 350wattsRMS 900 max.
the box is 3cubicfeet, ported at 35hz. i dont know what the name of this song is at all, the only thing i know is that the bass is quite low. i have an Alpine MRD-M1001 amp with 1000wattsRMS and 1800 max to put in once winter in North Dakota is over.

Man, Looking at this video makes it hard for me not to rage.

Look at getting a decent amp that can run at least 1000watts rms stable. Not 1000watts MAX either.

I went from 1000watts @ 1 ohm to 2000watts @ 1 ohm with a DDM2, And its just a major upgrade.

ahh good to hear. wonderful sub.

if it starts to make rattling noises, let me know. The rubber surround is common to come loose. I fixed mine up the other day.

Ive got the same type sub and same size box...Yeah its best to put that amp in as soon as you can. that thing needs a hell of a lot more power than that. Mine's running at 900rms right now and it seems like it wants more. but 1000 would be great for it. Shit slaps hella hard.
