Axel, Roberts screwed up the oath, not Obama. Obama allowed Roberts to correct himself. Roberts apologized and admitted the mistake was his. Buy a brain.

The other person - INTENTIONALLY- read the "sentence" in wrong English (?) grammatical order AND Obama is NOT used to BAD grammar and automatically stopped because the "sentence structure was WRONG"- & then the "other" person corrected himself and read it in CORRECT grammatically order & then President Obama (then only) rightfully repeated.

BTW- Bush "would not" know the "difference" in the GRAMMAR- lol..& would repeat without a THOUGHT- "C" student in Yale?

If you were watching CNN, you would have seen the messsage at the bottom of the screen that under the Constitution, Obama became President at exactly 12:00, oath or no oath. I think that over the years, the oath of office has become more ceremonial than official.
