Okay I am WRONG! That's NOT Sandman singing lead on this version...Mea Culpa..T
-
Couldn't have been recorded in 2003, as Sandman died on stage in Italy in 1999--wish is wasn't so-
-
great job, but nothing compares to morphine
that's the end to it.
-
Hey, I think the singer's doing a great job copping Sandman's sleepy, cosmic lounge lizard style.... somehow it wouldnt sound right without it...
-
Bass player sounds confused... that's the problem with more than 2 strings. Otherwise a decent cover. Sandman forever!
-
Wanted to say one of his best songs, but they're just all so good. can't pick one, but rlly on this one a man can't sit still. Dark swing, Sandman rest in peace, love all your work..

Yeeaah! I saw them at the Ouro Preto Jazz Festival, Brazil .... amazing!!!
-

Is that Dana Colley on sax? The singer (and the band) do a great job. More refined than Morphine, not better or worse, but a very respectable version (and let's face it, Mark ain't coming back - so enjoy what you get).
