What a sweet little boy you guys have! We have an almost 4 year old little girl with autism. She's been on biomedical treatments for almost 10 months including gfcf, B12 nasal spray and recently B12 shots along with other supplements and clay baths. She's making a lot of progress, her understanding of language was very low and would not answer basic questions, she's now able to answer several questions, requesting things with three word phrases and showing more spontaneous speech.
