I do CrossFit and I love it, but this video gives me the creeps. It makes CrossFit seem like a cult, which it isn't, and I understand why people get that feeling from looking at the video. Also, I'm pushing 60, and I can't help but notice that old people are invisible in this video. Senior citizens can benefit a lot from CrossFit. It's a shame this video doesn't speak to that.
