  • Finally, someone who gets it!

First training video that I can fully relate to as teacher myself.

    Keep it up.

  • simple and effective,congratulations

  • Never thought of the one. This will help my game for sure. Thanks.

  • Great tip. Thank you for sharing this.

  • good one, the foot question maybe not that sync but great lesson, no tmany teachers get this particular stroke

  • @TheKingKenney I actually think this type of footwork works best on the bigger serves. What I find is really important on the bigger serves is to time the split-step perfectly and to shorten up the backswing and focus on making solid contact out front and "return" the energy from the serve back across the net.

If the server is just rocking the ball I still use the footwork and use a chip return (I don't have to worry about switching the grip and the underspin is easier to control the depth).

  • @chroobyc West Texas.

  • Good video, I wish he actually returned some fast serves tho. I play college tennis and return of serve is probably my biggest weakness because I have problems returning the faster serves (serves above around 110mph).

  • Great teaching! Now I know how to improve my so far tpretty weak return.

May I ask you where that accent is from? Thanx a lot and keep up the good work!

  • talkin' too fast... didnt catch ur point about ur inside (right) foot touching the ground?

  • smart, no nonsense discussion
