Panzer Command: Kharkov features two historical 1942 Kharkov campaigns, but it also includes shorter campaigns from 1941 and 1943 as well as separate scenarios including one from 1945. The game itself does not _only_ include vehicles or units that were in the historical Kharkov campaign. It includes those _and much more_ to allow players to recreate battles from 1941 to 1944 with excellent overall coverage of units. Have a look at the Kharkov forum at Matrix Games for a full feature list.
Also, the video itself is just a brief teaser - it includes Panthers moving and firing simply because "it looks cool". The game itself is very historically accurate in terms of maps, units and battles. You will not find Panthers in the historical 1942 Kharkov campaigns and tanks firing on the move are much less accurate than those staying stationary and firing.
On the other hand, this is just a one minute video. The descriptions and discussion on the game's site sound very promising on the other hand. I'll be very interested to see how it is when it is released later this month.
Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing. What are Panther tanks doing at Karkhov??? Unless the game spans a larger period of tiem than we think or has an editor so you can make scenarios in other periods?
I have a serious problem with this video. The tanks shown in it are Panthers, but the Panther first saw action at Kursk in 1943, there wasn't even a prototype built until September of 1942. This is a very serious error for a game that takes place in May of 1942 and makes any claim to being historical.
What are the differences beetween this game and Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin?

The OOB covers 1941-44 apparently. Plus it has the 3 Kursk scenarios.
On the other hand, firing on the move? Does not seem very realistic. Too little spacing as well, but I guess that is a ground scale issue like CM.
