Apart from 1 point from Israel, which apart from not being able to participate in any regional competition where it really is, I don't know very well why does it participate in Eurovision, since it's not in Europe. Summarizing, out of 149 points that Insieme by Toto Cotugno from Italy got, 62 points (42%) were from non-EU European countries and 1 from Israel.
