Kevin Bracken frequently trains at the Olympic Training Center, and in his free time he comes to Castle Rock Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Mr. Bracken has 27 years of Greco-Roman wrestling experience, and competed in the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney, and was an alternate at the 1996 games in Atlanta. He has only been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for around one year, but attributes BJJ in making him feel more comfortable working from his back. Mr. Bracken feels that wrestling is one of the best conditioning tools, and translates very well into Mixed Martial Arts. He has competed in an early Sportfight Rumble at the Roseland, and credits Matt Lindland as his first MMA experience. He stresses the importance of training in a comfortable environment, and feels that Castle Rock Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is just such a place.
