@SScamaros, i have a 2011 mustang gt/cs and have raced two SS's with comp gears, and it was nowhere even close still. I literally have no idea where you get your info from.

The Mustang Gt with the 4.6 sucked. The 5.7 z28 and SS camaros ripped the mustang as bang for the buck from 1993-2002. Mustang Gt's sucked untill 2011 with the new 5.0. Even then, race a stock SS with comp gears and its a wash. The Mustang beats the SS with the 3.73 gear opt. With the 3.31 it even in the 1/4 and the SS pulls it after 100 mph. Torque. Having said that, I currently have a 2011 GT 5.0 b/c I don't like the new camaro but I have had camaros for years.
