India and Afghanistan have signed a strategic pact during Hamid Karzai's two day visit to the capital. The pact signals India has upped its stakes in Afghanistan at a time when tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan are high.

The poverty level in india is such that you can fuck a whore for Rs10. The only indians who have developed are the indians who legally or illegally went abroad. There are more than 30 insurgencies going on in different parts in india which include naxalites/maoists, asam, kashmir, punjab etc. The south indians don't even want to speak the national language.
