As I Was saying Nature Puts Natural Fats-whatever they r-in any of her real Food!! meat fish eggs dairy nuts seeds avocados olives cacao beans and oil coconuts AND.. 100gr Virgin Olive Oil offers MORE saturated fat then 100gr of any plain meat!!!     I was reading Uffe Ravnkskov's website. It's loaded with articles and studies that show eating saturated fat and cholesterol are healthy!

    He's Danish, about half of the articles are in English. And he has a new book entitled Fat and Cholesterol are Good for You.

  • absolutely No Way!! Nature Puts Fat in Any Natural Food! and there is a good reason for that!! Health!! Saturated, mono and poly unsatureted fats thats all fats we gotta eat!! There is no reason not to eat foods with fat in their natural state!! This advice U r giving Must Be Stopped!! Its just Not True!!!
