Even though I've served my Country well (30+ years w/ DoD), and America has been VERY good to me and my family, I've watched in horror as we have intervened in other nation's affairs. After the French left Indochina 1954/55 Vietnam was to have had Free Elections. When US State Dept saw that about 70% of SOUTH Vietnamese would vote for Ho Chi Minh we promptly "postponed" the Free Elections. Democracy?? Not this time around. 58,000+ Americans died because we didn't allow THAT Free Election...

Corporate control of U.S. Senate and House coupled with the "Patriot Act" has been the greatest leap towards Facism (look it up) that the USA has ever taken. If you don't think the U.S. Gov't is ALL POWERFUL just get labeled; "Terrorist" and try to sue the FBI, CIA or ANY branch of the US Military. See where it lands you.
