Modern culture was shite in '89, that's why Rave culture happened because of a cultural climate i.e. unemployment, new music and new drugs. People were fed up of the stuffy yuppy attitude, designer suits and Stock Aitken and Waterman led Pop music.
Rave culture could happen again any time we want it to because the cultural climate is right. Raves were banned and moved to clubs because the government thought it could make money from alcohol tax. No brainer they should have legalised MDMA

Glasgow back in the day was full of raves in a big way from Dessert Storms to others down Ayr-shire s EARTHQUACKER + THE REZERRECTIONS ,all big - money spinners so it would me first in the que this time around.
