Sunflower Seed Pate Recipe

Unroasted Nori Sheets or
(if using roasted nori sheets, your dish is Vegan not Raw but it will still be healthy and nutritious!)
1 cup soaked raw sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 of lemon
Minced garlic
Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
2 tsp dill or basil
Cayenne or Black pepper (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a blender.

* You can substitute the sunflower seeds with almonds.

*For Sun-dried Tomato Pate - add 1/4 cup soaked or oil packed sun-dried tomatoes to the above ingredients.

*For Mock Salmon Pate - add 1/4 cup of grated carrot to the above ingredients in the food processor or blender.
