It actually is possible to loop it, just have to cut off the ending bit and the intro bit, and it loops over quite nicely!

This could fit for a Sonic Advanced 3 style hub zone for Stardust Speedway. It's got that more minor tone that would work perfectly for exploring around a hub world.
Just imagine, a Sonic Unleashed/Generations style hub zone for Stardust Speedway that could go through ALL the time zones! That's the kind of hub zones that the Sonic Adventure style hub traveling was made for!

Perhaps! I just can't imagine it as anything other than a climatic fight with Metal Sonic, though, but I've not played enough of Sonic Advance 3 to really know what a hub world remix should sound like.
