thanks it means that there are some civlized people too in America. now I do not believe that all European Americans are ignorant and intolerant. Of course there is no freedom in US as the rest of the world but think slowly the freedom culture will spread to US too.

I have not celebrated the 4th of July in the last seven years, nor have I brought in my flag; that flag is in flying in tatters like this lying, murdering, torturing, Bush administration!
I will not celebrate the 4th or put up a new flag until everyone of these murdering pigs are OUT OF OUR WHITE HOUSE! You have brought SHAME on OUR country and on OUR Forefathers; hanging is too good for you!

The obvious conclusion is that those Americans who support "extraordinary rendition" and other methods, whether they deem it "torture" or not, is that they have a piss-poor image of what America stands for.

This american doesn't. I think anyone who tortures should be prosecuted to the ends of the Earth and have their crimes exposed.

This is horrible! Torture is horrible. I don't have a doubt in my mind that america tortures people. What's worse is that americans I have talked to have no problem with this, they think it's a good idea.
