THANK YOU! soo much for doing these tests and reviews..i really felt good wen i came home and saw this, its easy to get sucked in if u dont knw much bout phones...keep up the good work, i knw it seems small, but u are really helping consumers both save $ and help ppl to be more effective in there day to day lives, cause lets face it, we REALLY depend on our technology, and the small details make all the difference.

why no data speed test

@jayzg60 data speed is only a good test if you have a number on both phones... to test 3g speeds. wifi speeds are iffy if both connected to the same network.

my husband has a the Sll and i had a BBerry stylus, about 2 weeks ago my Bberry started "locking"up wen i was in the middle of a text.So my hubby took me down to SPRINT, i noticed the rep, TRE, had a Motorola.as we were checkin out i asked him about his phone,he has a M_PHO_4GT,told me it is the best phone on the market.i asked y, better battery life, gorilla glass, the speakers, HDMI, and 4g, which is not in my area.i almost got tht phone instead, luckily my hubby was there to stop me.

and as for the benchmarks, it seems like every time someone does it, the phones get different scores... I don't trust it too much because of that unreliability

I'm here to tell you, Blackberry boots WAAAAY slower than the Photon. No joke, it takes my Curve (8530) about 5 minutes to boot up every time.

My Photon is seriously lacking, I haven't done any custom roms, I run a lot of different launchers and no bloat freezer installed. That being said I got quadrant 2700 while running wifi tether.  I'm connected to the wifi right now while running quadrant andd... just got 2622

I dont think this guy used the photon as much or somethings wrong with you photon for getting 1000...
