Do you mind to share how the wiring is done? My E39 working fine with paddle shift using custom made wiring. However i have to slide the gear stick to Sport Mode +/- to activate. You video showing that you can engage/dis engage the Sport Mode by tapping both paddle shift at the same time is awesome.
Hi - I also have this system fitted to me E46 steptronic. I bought it from a guy in the USA, it works well. HOWEVER mine does not have the same feature as yours. In other words when I pull both paddles it wont shift to manual mode. I can only use paddles by pushing gear selection over to manual mode...
SO - wondering can you tell me if you had to do anything special to make it work like this OR can you tell me where you bought your paddle shift kit from?
