the bars should have a responsibility also, when they see someone whos drunk or signs of being drunk they should buy law stop serving them.

dude its not the bars fault its his fault drunk or not, how many more drunk drivers are they going to let kill/injure people before they actually do something? I bet hes had DUI's in the past and I bet hes probably talked alot of shit about people smoking weed (Because most people who drink always act superior to those who smoke weed)
