Great job! Lots to cover and you did it very well... My only request would be to break down some of the strumming pattern a bit... i.e. you play the interlude very well, and showing that pattern on the A and BMinor in more detail would be great! Find it hard to achieve the same "rhythm" which you render really well...

I hate to pick nits, and your are obviously a very good guitar player, but i would watch some more videos of him because when you say "he does this or he plays it like this"...he doesn't. You are using much different fingering than he does and even some of the notes are wrong...just saying check out the radio city video you can see pretty clearly how he plays it. If it's the way you feel comfortable playing it then wonderful but i think its misleading when you say "he does this"

nice how you can do that without anchoring your wrist
Thank you for the video! Very easy to follow. Question for you -- I'm relatively new to guitar, and I can follow every part of your video (with a lot of practice) except one technique: I can't figure out how to get the muting sound on the strings that you seamlessly play throughout (and the song requires). Even right at the beginning... you strum the D chord a couple times, there's a quick mute strum, then after 4 - 2 you do it again, etc. What is the technique to do that? THANKS!!

so, the way that I do muted strums for this song is to simply leave my fingers in the chord shape but to slacken them so that I can get a couple muted strums before continuing with the progression. After the 4-2 note sequence (on A), I lay the index finger flat for a moment for a couple more muted strums. The CORRECT way to do it, I'm told, is to mute the strings with your pick hand palm. I personally find that hard to do and maintain rhythm but it's more versatile if you can learn that way.

Excellent instructional video. Thank you for teaching me this song! I do question the C# minor around 6:30 - 6:40. It just doesn't sound right. I'll have to listen to the original again, but right now an A Major is sounding better in it's place.

so, I think the full-chord sequence I play at ~6:30 is supposed to emulate the same chords as pattern two of the jam sequence (the one that starts on 10e/11g). the second chord in that sequence (9 on low E and 9 G) is a C# minor. Amajor is one of the chords in the same sequence (the last one) so you should be in the same key either way - for that reason, I don't think either chord will sound wrong but based on the acoustic versions of LIOG, I think it's the C#minor
