something about the jump physics looks funny. Like they're jumping on the moon.
-
GP2X is definitively the better machine to emulate any other one man

i know nes games haves different graphics&sound hardware than the snes BUt the superdeck can emulalte the nes graphics&sound in realtime for the snes but tobad it was never released duo finacial problems, the super 8 star wich also runs nes games on a snes makes no use of emulation but has a builtin famiclone chipset.

Acrobat mission! I love that game.

funny.......u have the same flat screen monitor as me.
-
I think its funny how you are running an emulator within an emulator. pretty good speeds too.
-
the snes processor is backward compatible with the nes anyway.
but of course that doesn't mean you can get nes games to work on the snes, you would probably need the graphics and sound chips to be backward compatible too.

he howabout gba and nes emulation on a snes.
using a proccesor wich will emulate the nes in realtime on the snes, since the snes is,nt powerfull enough to emulate nes hardware, and for playing gba games on snes howabout a adapter wich includes all chipsets from the gba in a simmular way like the supergb.
for some reason the characters are moving slightly slower than normal, but the framerate looks WAYYY smoother than on a regular system. Anybody have any idea why, or is it just an optical illusion?

It is indeed slowed down. Again, this is because the GBA is not quite powerful enough to emulate the SNES at full speed, but with speedhacks you can get pretty close. The smoother framerate and moon-physics issues are probably just illusions caused by the slow playback speed.
Also keep in mind the SNES screen has to be squished vertically in order to fit on the GBA screen, which also probably contributes to the "moon jumping" effect.

what the hell, so you are able to play the games on your pc?

Um, what? Yes, through SNES emulation, you can play SNES games on your computer. That's not what I'm doing however. Someone made a way to emulate the SNES on the Gameboy Advance itself, so I'm running a GBA emulator, which is running an SNES emulator. This was to prove that the GBA can emulate the SNES at a reasonable speed.

Dan, I'm not sure which video comments and responses you read regular so sorry for the double post. Here's another split screen comparison video but this time for NES emulation.

Heh, don't worry about it. Youtube sends me an e-mail anytime someone responds to one of my videos or makes a reply to a comment I made.
By the way, I don't understand what you mean by "If you think that video was unfair to the GBA, wait till you see this one comparing regular NES emulation"
I just don't get whether you're saying that the GBA is good or bad for NES emulation.
