how to download this game and PLAY ON YOUR COMPUTER
Go to this link to download the ROM:

then go to http://desmume.org/download/ to download the emulator
DOWNLOAD 'DeSmuME v0.9.7 Windows 32 binary' if you have windows and 'DeSmuME v0.9.7 i386 Mac binary' if you got Mac.
Open the zip files, Drag it ('DeSmuMe.exe' and '4924 - Club......U_NukeThis.nds') to where you wanted.
open the emulator from where you placed. the program name should be 'DeSmuME' and have own logo on it. open Desmume and Open the club penguin EPF game in it by clicking 'Open ROM'

*NOTE : Only 0.9.6~ will work because i try No$gba, 0.9.4 , 0.9.5... it wont work as it just show white blank screen, no sound. so if you got old version of desmume, download the latest version (0.9.7)

HOW TO USE MICROPHONE : Go to 'config' then 'hotkey config' then click the box next to microphone. and select the key you want to use as microphone

this is my review for this game. i kiinda of disappointed that the mission contain the one which is available on online BEFORE! ,more worse is 60% (6 mission) was appeared before and ONLY 4 NEW MISSION which is kind of suck and this game had just only 10 missions in total instead compared to previous game which had 13...i like the mini games! it better than previous epf game
the new look was good but one thing which is less better is there no 3d look in this game at all. the previous game had 3d look on robot, which is cool
it also kind of bad that you cant explore around cp freely and mini-mission was not included . also cant buy thing from the catalog. so that mean the coins ONLY GOES to your cp online account only. (but need wi-fi to connect) so if you play on computer, you cant send via wi-fi because the ROM/ emulator cant connect to wi-fi. aka the coins you earned is no use.
i believed that they took lesser effort in this game
compared to previous game , only mini-games was better

I have heard many bad reviews about this game.. But isn't this the game where you get the code for Flare, the EPF agent puffle? So will I get a code for Flare if I download the game from the instructions you provided?

I haven't tried downloading yet, I'll do it next month. Please help if I get stuck! I'm kinda new, thanks.

@LilacSreya No. Only if you physically purchases the game. The code is only single-use and flare code only can be found on the back of the box on this game you purchases.

The only reason why I watched this video was to see how to do this maze because it is very tricky & you accidentally skipped it? Oh well I guess I can figure it out on my own. Thanks for uploading though it does get helpful when I get stuck.
