i am a personal trainer and you are lucky your not in the hospital yet for back injury you should go to your local training facility and get some lessons because this is just a horseshit excuse to say your strong.also if you lowered your weight and corrected your form your arms would actually look strong and defined bc as far as i can tell i dont see any muscle definition in your arms for doing that much weight

@slyguy1500 honestly if you did a true to form curl, my guess is that that those 70 lb dumbbells would probably drop to about 30. im twice your size and i weight train with 55s and endurance train at 35.
the bottom line is any meat head can lift heavy stuff, but only the smart ones gain anything from it...you obviously are the meathead...

Dude you lift heavy weight but shitty shitty form and you do so little thats not gonna do shit. You have to go lower weight and do more reps and more sets dont be a bitch and do it right.

That's the dumbest shit i ever heard. No.. What's more important is proper form. Scientifically proven that better form gets you better results and also dramitically reduces risk of injury. 4:15, gonna get a fucked up neck. 3:02 is horrible for your shoulders, 3:42 fuck up your back
