Ron Konowitz tests the turning ability of Karhu Guide telemark skis on two small hills on the trail near Marcy Dam in the Adirondack Mountains. The Guides are waxless, a good ski in springtime conditions. This setup included G3 Targa bindings.
Are you rockin the garmont excursions? If you are on a plastic boot can you let me know if they still allow you to do some good kick an glide skiing efficiently. Im getting out of traditional downhill and touring and looking for to get the guids, which are now madshus annums i guess. I want to be able to do some groomed cross country but mainly tour with them in back country.
I too would like to know what boot/binding combination you are using with these skis.
