@gfc56 Nope....it has been there for many years before the Wine Train existed. I'm fairly certain it is ex-Southern Pacific trackage. They still have an interchange with the CFNR (California Northern) to give them access to the UP mainline if needed. That's how the former American Orient Express train used to come into Napa and park for their wine country tours.
