How much watering do they need to sprout?
I am trying to grow peach from seeds indoors. I cracked the pits and extracted the seeds from them, and I placed them inside a wet paper towel in the fridge. Let's hope things go well.

I did not crack the pits. Since I started them outdoors, I felt they needed the natural protection offered by the shell, just like they grow in nature when the fruit falls from the tree and the pit works its way into the ground. We are temperate enough here on Long Island that they can be started outside. So far it has worked out and the two trees started in this video are growing well.

No real effort. Basically planting them as shown in the "Part I" video and letting them sit outside until Spring. Only two of the four pits sprouted. They were subsequently transplanted and are doing well. I will have to add another video (Part III) showing the progress of one of them.
