A question, it seems like you're able to go from low tone to a higher one, any idea how i might achieve a higher tone? I sound like i'm farting all the time lolol

It took me about a year to learn this sound

@TakeshiAndTheKid That's called an 808 snare and is one of the oldest beatboxing sounds - TyTe coined that sound back in the 60s! When you use the throat kick with it it sounds amazing.

@TakeshiAndTheKid *tounge not snare. lol. and against the roof of your mouth. The problem I had getting it consistant was that I was using more the tip of my tounge, you have to use the middle

I find the electronic snare much easier to do. You sort of tense up your snare and make a really strong "T" sound. Hard to get it to sound different from a cymbal sound, especially into a mic, but it can sound really cool when you do. click snares are also awesome and work well for hip hop type stuff. So it's not the end of the world if you can't get it.
omg. I've watched like so many tutorials on pf snare but I still can't do it...:(
