@binarry ...We know this to be true (says the House Judiciary Committee), because the braininess of some youtubers says so.
It matters not that he holds the office of the P/resident fraudulently; for even if a Fed were to walk into his office and handcuff him - he'd still be considered p/resident; and as such, needs to be removed through the process of impeachment.

@binarry What? Now if I were a member of the house Judiciary Committee reading that - Id be saying..."See! We are justified in doing nothing. We don't have to convene and prepare articles of impeachment against him for 'crimes and misdemeanors; that if a majority were to approve, the House would need to debate and vote on". And since this doesn't need to occur, he'll never stand trial before the Senate, and removed through a two thirds vote - because he's not legally the president"...

What can and cannot be done is an action in limbo that has been addressed at different levels and Mr. Obama is protected by all the evil elements that exist. People don't understand what is at stake and that is why he is protected...including those who push him forward! They assume that at the end; that they will win the Endgame of danger and they are imprudent and foolish as are the addicts who deny their uncoming dangers; they and their children will suffer the consequences like all.
