This was the most torturous WOD ever. My butt was raw throughout 75% of the WOD. And i was constantly rubing on a sore everytime the DAMN situps came around. This one was really painfull, and not in a good way!!!

  • LOL, yeah. Every time i do situps for time i get a bad sore spot. Like a huge rug burn. But after this exact wod i was scarred for life. It left a real big one down to bare flesh. So imagine rubing on a big sore over and over and over again because you don't want to quit. Well, this was happening! It sucked ass
