A walkthrough for Caves of Kaliya. There are no secrets in this one, it's just a tricky maze if you don't know where you're going. The boss can also be a pain, but following this guide you should be able to complete the level with ease.

@NyxSilence This is the PC version, you know? The save crystals are redundant as you can save anywhere - they altered them to become instant small medkits and changed them to green for this version. And ItalianGuy99's graphics do have issues, hence why the health bar looks a mess at times.

This man is hacking hardcore his health is always zero. Top right 52 seconds in. And again at 2:50. Health is zero. And save crystals are blue not green. And they sure as shit don't heal you. This man is an ass hat please don't waste your time with this walkthrough.

One thing I don't really understand after all these days, is how Lara managed to find a way out of those tombs,mazes,ruins,whatever after she got what she came for? The only time the game showed how she found a way out is at the last stage of TR3 where you controlled her to escape from the meteorite cavern. But what about others!?!
