If ANYTHING has sped the mortality rate up over the past century, it's been the prohibition of psycho-active substances. Not being able to legally acquire them created a need to find a way to do so. It does not cause hallucinations. It causes variations in reality perception. If taken correctly, it can be very therapeutic. Do some more reading, dumbass.....

@marlboroman67213 - Decriminalization, regulation, standards, tax, & severe penalties for violators. Thats what needs to happen. You can severely hinder drug abuse if you quit treating it as a criminal issue and treat it as a health issue. Plus part of the regulation and standards would be to limit the amount of whatever substance you want to a certain limit. Will people still find ways to abuse? Of course. But it is happening now under the current flawed set of laws. My way would be much safer.
