I think you are off on your definition of rights. Many legal scholars will disagree. Think freedom of speech and how subtle the right is. Now you pop someone and go to court, and you will, and tell the jury you were defending the state. Now about delivery....I'll send my message my way, you send yours your way. Sometime a hockey stick across the head is the way to go.

I also appreciate you bringing to light the reality of what the gun control advocates both can and do put in place based on public perception of our sport and lifestlyle. But honestly, I really do not agree with what has become of what those who designed this nation intended as personal guarantees. To get them lawyered away...

@lambdog76 i agree, but we all need to preach responsibility that goes with rights. I think we agree. And I like you even though you are scared of animals.

my point was simply that with every right comes responsibility and that one should look at reality. I spend a huge amount of time in the outdoors . Never had to kill an animal in self-defense. I don't buy the argument about minimum caliber for protection against animals. As I am sure you are aware, concealed carry is about an armed conflict with another HUMAN, not wildlife. Lastly, yes, I think a lot of you tubers are assholes. I have no problem telling them directly and do.

A right is a right is a right...no strings attached. If someone fucks up in the course of exercising that right, like shoot someone, then they need to deal with the consequences. Further, the 2nd Amendment is not about protecting the state, it is about protecting "the people" against the state should the state go rogue...which is not a far cry these days.

Now onto Southernprepper1. I say if he has enough money to do that much prepping, Hey God Bless him....... I'm glad someone has that kind of cash to be able to do that cause if I had it I'd have me a few acres really laid out nicely with the compound and 30 years worth of food, and whatever else God has blessed that man with. I say God bless him and Keep on, Keeping on. I have learned so much from both southernPrepper and his friend Engineer775 that I all I can say is thanks.....
