yes I did I cried buckets when i got my christmas pics back i looked like i had been scalped I take biotin and zinc and still do and always will and got nioxin shampoo and conditioner from a beauty parlor (kinda high but goes a long way) it grows back slow but sure.

I appreciate this video.. it seems that NUT's vary soooooo much in their theories and opinions. I think, bottom line, we have to do our own research and take care of our own bodies the way we know we need to. :)
I am about 40 lbs from goal.. but when I hit Maintanence, I will remember this! :)

Girl, it is so good to see you again!!! I was wondering how you were doing. I agree, you have to follow up and check up on things you are told because sometimes we are told opinion and not fact regarding our diets -- and while they try hard, sometimes they aren't coming from the best angle for us bariatric patients. So, good job at getting the info sooner rather than later!

Yeah since i went back to what i should have been doing I have lost 5 pounds this week. My doc will be surprised she said not to be upset because i might not loss anything i have 3 weeks till i go back to see her I hope im back at 185 she will die LOL good talking to u
