  • I forgot how good these small productions were. XD

When I was little I would watch all sorts of Rabbit Ears stories. I'm in college now, suffering from insomnia, miserable. But I just found this by chance, and here I am, being comforted and nursed, finding myself wanting to sleep, being read a bedtime story, just like when I was little. It's such a nice change of pace. Thanks so much for uploading!

  • :( I want the full version.

  • The way these are produced scared me shitless as a child. They're still unnerving to watch now...

  • The part about becoming real still brings tears to my eyes. I wish more people would be "real."

  • Love this story. It's so beautiful. It makes me cry to this day. Stuffed animals can be very special. My Cheetah Mtani, that my boyfriend gave me I'm so attached to.

She goes on every trip with me and I cuddle her every night.

  • WHERES THE FULL VERSION???

  • I bought this for my son about 25 years ago. We also had a beautiful book and hand puppet. I think I still have them and would love to covert the VCR to a DVD. In a couple of years he could watch it with his daughter. I never tired of watching this with my son. Meryl Streep does the best job of narrating.

  • Love this and has always been a fave TY ~

  • Bought my son the book when he was 3 years old. Read it to him all the time. Ten years passed and I still love the story, miss the years when he was so young - greatest event in my life.

  • @ObscurityMiss86 thats what mine was too, i even had this on video and it said something about the boy becoming very ill

  • I think my childhood OCD stemmed from this story. Doctor: "Burn all his toys or the scarlet fever germs will contaminate everything."

  • Yes, beautiful!
