A short clip from the 2007 Mayor's Christmas parade. It's from a low res cellphone cam but you get the idea.
Every year since 1972, on the first Sunday in December, the Mayor's Christmas Parade has marched down Falls Road and onto 36th Street through the Baltimore neighborhoods of Medfield and Hampden. Attendance along the 2.5 mile route often reaches well over 25,000 people.
The parade has over 160 marching units including the Baltimore Marching Ravens, Harley Davidson motorcycles, mounted and marching color guards, marching bands, local Step and Drum cores, Boumi Temple performers, floats, classic cars, Mummers, celebrities, the Mayor of Baltimore City, and of course Santa Claus.
