  • haha, i thought that was gonna be the actual meal that you get to eat...(which i just had at denny's today_egg white omelette, no cheese, no oil, veggies and turkey added with slice of wheat toast). I'm only 10 days into it. did you notice most of your change on the back end of the diet?

  • Lost 30 lbs. of fat (by caliper test) and gained 15 lbs. of muscle a year ago on this diet. Love this diet...hard to keep for the first week but results are amazing. I think everyone should do this once a year to clean their system and reset their metabolism. I'm doing the V-Diet again in about a week and looking forward to another awesome change!
