WEST VIRGINIA STATE TROOPER BRUTALITY.OFFICER PAULEY DIDNT LIKE BEING PHOTOGRAPHED

WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE OFFICER ASSAULTING MY EX HUSBAND AND ARRESTING HIM FOR OBSTRUCTION FOR TAKING HIS PICTURE ( NOTE HE IS PHYSICLY DISABLED) AND THIS OFFICER HURT HIM INJURING HIS DISABLED SHOULDER. THEN THEY ASKED HIM TO SIGN A RELEASE STATING THAT HE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS OFFICER. THIS OCCURRED JULY 25, 2010 The officer is from the Parkersburg post HIS NAME IS PAULEY

I don't understand how they can arrest people for things like this and still manage to keep their jobs. What was the charge?

@TempleOfInanna2 I was told obstruction but was released after the officer called his sergent from the hospital parking lot. and after they had me sign a release that I had no problems with the officer. talk about coersion

Officer definitely is in the wrong...from what I see though this doesn't really count as police brutality...lol

@wildcats086 Sorry for the delayed responce. the brutality was that the officer was informed of my husbands bad shoulder, He has a permanant disabilitydue to a prior injury, yet the officer handcuffed my husband behind his back reinjuring his shoulder

@LVSBGDOGS like that! covering one's ass meaning having the police call on video-how many people called the cops and then found out later they needed to record it. Especially when they found out the report was either not written or actually written to the disfavor of the complaintant! complete screwover and back to square one! then the cops label a person a "petty complaintant and actually start harrassing them cause they're too lazy a fart to write anything up.

officer pauly is one of the reasons i had to move from my house , in deerwalk waverly wv in his eyes your guilty until proven innocent.

he gives the troopers ( him and kocher ) a bad name , not all are assholes just them two.

thought there was a state police academy -didn't know the job was an OJT position- arrest people then find out what the law is and expect them to understand when the cop is wrong? Like a new clerk who forgets to punch in the coupons at the checkout. "Whoops I'm in training" So sorry you were arraigned and strip searched but I'm in training!

@mikeholmanlovesyou -nothing at all -in WV victims of police abuse are supposed to completely overlook civil rights and False Arrests because the police after all are protecting us(Ha-Ha!) Unless you've been severely beaten no lawyer in the state will help you. You can file on your own though. Good luck because the police are the best liars there are and this is a direct quote from a lawyer who deals with police lawsuits.The police get a free lawyer though from the city insurance company.

You'd think the officer would have checked on the law about filming police before he put the man in handcuffs and violated his civil rights. In WV you can film.The cops in Pburg are so spoiled however that they feel even if they're wrong the person whom they violated can't do jack @%* about it! As long as they don't leave an injury no lawyer in the area will take a case like this. But the police have access to a free lawyer 24-7. They use their "police immunity clause" to terrorize people.
