I love boy scouts. It is such an honor to be part of it, and ya know, people think of boy scouts merely of going camping and tying knots, but it is much more than that. You learn valuable life skill and you represent America. This year is boy scouts 100th anniversary. I think the story Bill Burch just told is very inspiring

why can't we have more people like him? a guy who's not political, not over religious, but focuses on the right thing to do. i've never been in the scouts, and i don't support what they have been doing as of late, but I think that's because we don't have as many people in america like this guy. if they hadn't taken away the star system i'd give him 100, but a thumbs up for now.

A great man, a great program. I met Bill back in the late 70's and he gave my dad a couple of neckerchief slides he'd carved for his kids. I'm the proud owner of number 5621. God Bless You Bill Burch, and God Bless the Boy Scouts of America. I helped my son work on his Eagle Project today, and he'll be a second generation Eagle Scout in a month.

Bill is truly one of America's greatest treasures. I have had the privilege of meeting and speaking with him several times.

He is a great man! Has a patients and wisdom and talent to work with boys. I want to be Bill Burch when I grow up.
