I reckon she couldn't get pregnant because A) she is too old and all her eggs have dried up and b) she's possibly RH- with the Reptilian gene and Ashton could be an RH+ Rhesus monkey gene. Bruce Willis was a Reptoid hence he and Demi continued the bloodline!!!

@MaryIsOKYea ....Well you are right on the medical advances. Science is changing so many things these days and who knows what the future holds. But she still looks absolutely beautiful and is almost aging in the reverse.

@ogamike She's only 46? I thought she was well into her 50s. If Demi is still menstruating (and many women nowadays are menstruating into their 50s) she can conceive. As long as the pregnancy is watched carefully and she takes care of herself during the pregnancy, she can have a healthy baby. She wouldn't be the first to do so at her age and (at the rate medical advances are being made in the areas of fertility and obsterics) she won't be the last.
