The Phantom of the Opera Violin Solo (Journey to the Cemetery)

I decided to add this to the world of youtube. This is one of the violin solos from Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of the Opera". It takes place when Christine journeys to the cemetery to visit her father's grave. Its a really nice little lick for the violin and thought I would share it.

I accidently added an extra few measures, so if you'd like to sing along, you will have to start at about 26 seconds in...

Because the solo doesn't really have a "definitive" ending, I added a little coda

Can't tell what position to play this in! I'm getting messy bowing scratches if I play it in first position and bounce from E to A string, but getting that Bb part in the second part of the sequence in a more advanced position is really tough. Suggestions?
