Does a person have to come from a certain social class to stand up for what they believe is right? Zach has never denied that he grew up in the middle class. Rage isnt asking for pity because they had it so hard growing up, because they know compared to many other Americans they haven't. They just want things to change, for the people who don't have the ability to fight for themselves.

PS I met a guy who went to school with these guys. Except Tom they are all just white bread middle class guys who really have had it pretty easy.

@benjamintg00 There is good music in every generation you just have to seek it out. However, I agree, RATM is a special case. Not many like them in any age.
