and somthing else pops up when i click instant messages the walmart ad comes up and it has my friends name on the left up of the box how do i private chat with my friends what do i press?

but when i click on my friends somthing else pops up this walmart conversation pops up i want the chat room like yours when u click on people how do i chat with my friends privatly when they are on? like what u clicked at 0:29 like when you turned lisa on what did u do and did u custimize anything?
